Clinical Director wanted for this innovative Centre for Growth and Therapy

The Autism Research Trust is proud to be involved in the setup of Petra’s Place, a centre where pre-school children with autism can receive the tailored support they need before entering the education system. The first of these centres will open this year and we are looking for an exceptional Clinical Director to lead on the delivery of services.

A Clinical Director to join the team

We wish to appoint an exceptional, high calibre, experienced leader to the position of Clinical Director for Petra’s Place, Central London. Petra’s Place will provide therapy for children with autism spectrum conditions, from toddlerhood through to school age.

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious, inspiring and qualified clinician, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  For more information about the job, please visit

Petra’s Place. A place for Growth. A place for Therapy.

Very often nurseries will not have the time or resources to offer children specialist attention. The new Petra’s Place centres offer a child and family-centred responsive space where pre-school children with difficulties will receive an individual programme of support to develop strength and resilience before they enter the education system.

The centres will focus specifically on helping young children with difficulties, such as those on the autistic spectrum, to progress in an inviting and fun non-clinical environment. Read more about Petra’s Place.
